Job summary

CADMUS RESOURCES is seeking an Engineering Site Manager (Protection Systems) to oversee end-to-end delivery of high‑voltage protection and control projects. You will ensure design accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely execution across 66/230/400KV switchgear work.

You will test/commission systems after modification, manage contractors and partners, and collaborate with the end customer to meet timelines while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

The Site Managerwill be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of 66/230/400KV protection and control system projects, ensuring design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• To test and commission the protection and control system after modification.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and business partners and end-customer to ensure effective communication, coordination, and on‑time project delivery.
• Collaborate with end customer to ensure design accuracy and meet project timeline.
• Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with client specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and occupational health and safety requirements throughout project execution.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as Site Manager for 66/230/400KV Switchgear projects
• License to work as asupervisor at live substations
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet project timelines.
• Meticulous, proactive, and strong in stakeholder management.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
