Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for electrical switchgear projects across Singapore. The role requires ensuring system protection and control readiness after modifications, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and customers to achieve on-time delivery.

You will verify design accuracy with clients, maintain project documentation for traceability and QA, and ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Manager for 66/230/400KV Switchgear projects.
• Holder of EHVN Pink Pass enabling supervision at live substations.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and meticulous work approach.

Responsibilities

• Test and commission protection and control systems after modifications to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, business partners, and end customers to achieve on-time project delivery.
• Collaborate with end customers to verify design accuracy and align project milestones with timelines.

Job Description:

Period: Permanent

Location: Islandwide, need to travel to sites

Salary: up to $8000 + Quarterly AWS + Variable Bonus

Working hours: Monday to Friday (1 day of remote work per week subject to HoD approval)

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Manager for 66/230/400KV Switchgear projects
• Holder of EHVN Pink Pass enabling supervision at live substations
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to meet project deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proactive and meticulous work approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
