RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking a Recruiter to support a major ramp-up in the semiconductor manufacturing sector, focusing on high-volume recruitment for engineering and technical roles. This newly created role demands hands-on sourcing, screening and fast cycle times to fill multiple roles.

The position is a six-month contract, renewable and convertible based on performance, with a monthly salary of 4,500 to 5,500 SGD plus a pro-rated completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is required.
• Available to start immediately or within 1 week.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing/engineering environments preferred.
• Ability to handle 10+ openings concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
• Recruit engineers, technicians and other operational employees in a high-volume environment
• Manage more than 10 open positions concurrently while meeting hiring timelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate specifications
• Provide timely recruitment updates and maintain accurate candidate records
• Update and manage applications through the Applicant Tracking System
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
