LUCKY JOINT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for project support in Singapore. You will assist coordinators and engineers, track timelines, coordinate resources, and prepare project documents for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in engineering or at least 3 years of related experience, strong English, and solid computer/AutoCAD skills. This role offers opportunities to contribute to multiple projects within a dynamic team.

Formación

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Building Service, or Telecommunication is required.
• Strong computer literacy and competency with common software tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for project documentations.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks for projects.
• Support project coordinators and engineers in implementation and facilitation.
• Track project timelines, coordinate resources, and monitor milestones.
• Prepare project-related documents for stakeholders as required.
• Maintain inventory records, project documentation, and service reports.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing project development.
• Handle additional ad hoc duties as required.
