Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support AI-powered products and experiences. You will partner with engineering, research, product, and operations teams to drive program execution from planning through delivery.

The role requires an organized, proactive leader who can navigate ambiguity, manage dependencies, balance short-term priorities with long-term goals, and scale programs across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, research, evaluation, or data-focused engineering teams.
• Proven experience developing and managing technical roadmaps and prioritization frameworks across multiple teams.
• Experience managing programs with platform, infrastructure, or tooling dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across planning, prioritization, roadmap development, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, research, product, and operations to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
• Translate business, technical, and operational objectives into clear plans, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams, identifying risks and blockers early.
• Drive prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives while balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Coordinate delivery and launch of new capabilities, ensuring readiness across stakeholders and supporting teams.
• Support expansion of products and programs across global markets, regions, and customer segments.
• Establish scalable processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms to improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
• Monitor program health through reporting, metrics, and status communications to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to keep teams aligned on objectives and timelines.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management to navigate complex challenges.

• Experience working with AI/ML, Generative AI, research, evaluation, or data-focused engineering teams.
• Proven experience developing and managing technical roadmaps and prioritization frameworks across multiple teams and competing requirements.
• Experience managing programs with significant platform, infrastructure, or tooling dependencies.
