Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, research, evaluation, or data-focused teams.
• Experience developing and managing technical roadmaps across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, roadmap development, milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, research, product, and operations to drive alignment and successful program outcomes.
• Translate business, technical, and operational objectives into clear plans, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring risks and blockers are identified and resolved proactively.
• Drive prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives while balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Coordinate the delivery and launch of new capabilities, ensuring readiness across stakeholders and supporting teams.
• Support the expansion of products, services, and programs across global markets, regions, and customer segments.
• Establish scalable processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
• Monitor program health through clear reporting, metrics, and status communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management, helping teams navigate complex challenges and trade-offs.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and operational excellence across programs.

• Proven experience developing and managing technical roadmaps and prioritization frameworks across multiple teams and competing requirements.
• Experience managing programs with significant platform, infrastructure, or tooling dependencies.
