Job summary

Apple is seeking a highly technical Engineering Program Manager in Singapore to drive the delivery of large-scale programs within the Worldwide Sales Data Solutions & Initiatives team. You will translate product and technical strategy into executable plans while working hands-on with delivery teams.

The role requires a strong technical background, experience in SDLC, and the ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts across software, platform, data, and infrastructure domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years in engineering program management or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of complex engineering programs across the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex engineering programs from concept through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Define program scope, roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Drive execution across the SDLC with planning, tracking, and quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-team delivery and Agile execution across Scrum of Scrums and sprints.
• Engage in technical discussions to understand dependencies, evaluate trade-offs, and surface risks early.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, remove roadblocks, and drive resolution across teams.
• Contribute technical expertise when needed to unblock delivery and validate approaches.
