Job summary

EM Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Executive to source, purchase, and coordinate timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services for engineering projects and operations. You will manage supplier performance, optimize inventory, and ensure compliance with procurement policies to support project timelines and business objectives.

Requirements include a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field and 3–5 years of procurement experience in engineering or industrial

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, M&E, or industrial sectors.
• Experience sourcing engineering materials, equipment, and subcontractor services preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, tools, spare parts, and services for projects and operations.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations based on pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and specs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
• Issue POs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor PO status and resolve supply issues.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Onboard qualified suppliers and maintain approved vendor lists.
• Coordinate with project teams and warehouse for material availability.
• Verify delivery documents and resolve discrepancies in invoicing.
• Track procurement costs and prepare supplier performance reports.
• Support budget planning and forecasting and maintain records.
