Job summary

KrisShop Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager (Digital Technology) to lead a team of engineers delivering robust web and mobile solutions for our omni-channel e-commerce platform.

You will drive the technical vision, oversee the full SDLC, and champion security by design across enterprise systems. Collaborate with product, QA, UX/UI and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks and releases, while mentoring talent and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience, with 3+ years in engineering management.
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong SDLC, Gen-AI in SDLC, CI/CD, microservices, React, web and mobile tech.
• Deep API and system‑to‑system integration knowledge.
• Gatekeeper for security by design in large enterprises.
• Cloud DevOps experience (AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Docker).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects with enterprise scope.
• Drive adoption of modern SDLC practices including Gen-AI, CI/CD, automated testing.
• Architect and oversee scalable microservices, web and mobile apps (React/Node).
• Be expert in API and system-to-system integration.
• Champion cloud DevOps (AWS/Azure/Jenkins/Docker) and security by design.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UX/UI, Infra and stakeholders to manage dependencies and releases.
• Report team performance, project status, and key metrics to senior management.
• Stay updated on innovative digital technologies and communicate them to management.
