Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production systems experience.
• Experience leading software engineers and owning delivery.
• Deep technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, or cloud.
• Ability to balance speed, scalability and maintainability in architecture.
• Proven track record shipping products from idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers across frontend, backend and full stack.
• Own delivery for major product areas, ensuring fast shipped features with reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to translate problems into technical plans.
• Drive architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure and customer systems.
• Promote code quality, testing, observability and production reliability.
• Guide engineers through reviews, debugging and critical decisions.
