You will collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical execution and to raise the bar on code quality and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and shipping production systems.
• Experience leading software engineers and delivering engineering outcomes.
• Deep technical expertise across backend, frontend, APIs, databases or cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend and full stack.
• Own delivery for major product areas with reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to turn problems into execution.
• Drive architecture decisions across APIs, databases and infrastructure.
• Develop engineers through feedback, coaching and performance management.
