Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an engineering team across frontend, backend and full stack.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas, ensuring fast, reliable shipping.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to turn problems into execution.
• Drive architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Set coding standards, testing, observability, security and production reliability.
• Stay close to the technical work through reviews, debugging and decisions.
• Develop engineers through feedback, coaching and performance management.
• Identify and raise the team's engineering and execution bar.
• Improve processes, tooling and automation to move faster at scale.
• Own production outcomes: monitor, troubleshoot and prevent recurrence.
