Job summary

ENCORE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in Singapore, planning, coordinating and overseeing projects to meet schedule, budget and client requirements.

You will review drawings, allocate resources, monitor progress and ensure safety and quality standards, while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, and supporting tenders and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers, supervisors and technical teams.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor engineering projects.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and work methods.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and other project resources.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and overall progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare project progress reports and attend meetings.
• Support tender preparation, quotations and cost estimation.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations.
