Job summary

Molex is seeking a Knowledge Management Engineer in Singapore to drive capture, distillation, and reuse of critical engineering knowledge across the organization. You will transform lessons learned, technical expertise, and risk prevention knowledge into reusable assets that improve product development, manufacturing excellence, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or technical knowledge management environments.
• Experience facilitating lessons learned sessions, knowledge capture activities, structured interviews, or technical documentation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of FMEA methodologies, including practical experience facilitating or leading FMEA workshops.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams in a product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development, maintenance, and reuse of Foundation and project-specific FMEAs using AIAG-VDA methodology.
• Drive knowledge capture initiatives by facilitating lessons learned sessions and expert interviews.
• Transform technical information into clear, actionable knowledge assets for future decision-making.
• Promote reuse of engineering knowledge by linking lessons learned with Foundation FMEA updates.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for knowledge management tools and FMEA platforms.
