Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Lead to head our project delivery, testing (QC) and installation teams, ensuring every customer project and maintenance contract is delivered on time, safely, to the right quality and within budget.

You will manage project engineers, testers and the installation team, plan weekly manpower, and own projects from kick-off to handover including schedule, method statements, testing and commissioning, and O&M manuals.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
• Hands-on with testing & commissioning and project quality documents.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• LEW licence is a plus.
• bizSAFE / WSH certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineers, testers and the installation team.
• Plan manpower every week.

• Run maintenance and acceptance-testing contracts: monthly schedules, reports, passes and security clearances.
• Make sure milestones are claimed on time and variations are captured.
• Be the main delivery contact for customers, consultants and main contractors.
• Keep sites safe and compliant with WSH, bizSAFE and ISO procedures.
• Set and run inspection & test plans for every project.
• Lead FAT, SAT and T&C; ensure records and punch lists are closed before handover.
• Check report quality for maintenance contracts before they go to the customer.

About you

• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

• At least 10 years in electrical, M&E or ELV projects, including 3+ years managing projects and site teams

• Hands-on with testing & commissioning and project quality documents

• Knowledge of SCADA or BMS systems

• Experience with utility, government or industrial customers and their safety and security rules

• PMP or similar (good to have)

• LEW licence (good to have)

• bizSAFE / WSH certification (good to have)

• Experience running preventive-maintenance or acceptance-testing contracts (good to have)
