Job summary

AURORA TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Singapore invites a diploma holder in Electronics Engineering to join our product engineering team.

You will assist in planning and executing projects for fully assembled products, including timeline tracking, resource coordination, and production readiness activities. You will support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, assist with ECN coordination, troubleshooting, CAPA, and FAA documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or industrial attachment experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, product engineering, NPI, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of projects for assembled products, including timeline tracking and resource coordination.
• Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities and production readiness.
• Support product engineering activities: ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering and production issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation such as FAA, quality plans, and manufacturing records.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of projects for complete assembled products, including timeline tracking, resource coordination, and production readiness activities
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, assisting with the transition of products from development to mass production
• Assist with product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and production issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and timely resolution of engineering and production issues
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation, including First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans, and manufacturing records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or industrial attachment experience will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, product engineering, NPI, and manufacturing processes
• Enjoys hands‑on technical work and is willing to learn
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements will be an added advantage
