Job summary

AURORA TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced engineer to plan and manage projects for complete assembled products, ensuring timelines, resources, and production readiness. You will drive NPI and product transfer to mass production.

You will support product engineering, coordinate ECNs, troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and implement CAPAs to resolve production issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for customer satisfaction and quality records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in PCBA, EMS or related electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing NPI, product transfer, and manufacturing process development.
• Experience with ECN management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering
