Job summary

Lxh Construction on-site supervisor role invites a skilled engineer to plan, coordinate and supervise engineering and construction activities on site. You will review drawings and specs, coordinate with project managers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution, monitor progress and quality, and conduct site inspections.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
• Prepare engineering reports, site records, progress reports and other project documentation.
• Assist in project planning, material coordination and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and relevant authorities on technical matters.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.
