Job summary

ASE Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an engineer to develop and maintain System Level Test (SLT) solutions, enabling efficient NPI and smooth production ramp-up to improve yields.

The role involves defining SLT processes, setting up SLT equipment, and maintaining test hardware; you will support preventive maintenance and continually refine scripts and tests to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain System Level Test (SLT) solutions to support NPI, production ramp-up, and yield improvement.
