ASE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified engineer to install, configure, upgrade, repair and debug testers in our Singapore facility. You will identify improvements to test performance and OEE while coordinating with suppliers on cost and timelines.

The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering, familiarity with testers and handling equipment, and experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and quality tools. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of testers, handlers and semiconductor equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Familiar with quality tools and problem solving methods (SPC, DOE, FMEA).

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any engineering field or equivalent
• Knowledge of equipment, testers, handlers
• Prior experience in equipment troubleshoot, maintenance and repair
• Semiconductor Programming & Application skills
• Good planning & organizing ability and a team player
• Familiar with Quality Management – Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, FMEA
• Good communication & presentation skills
