Job summary

ASE Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineer to develop and maintain System Level Test (SLT) solutions supporting new product introductions, production ramp-up, and yield improvements.

You will define SLT processes, set up and qualify SLT equipment, and perform preventive maintenance activities. You will also debug SLT scripts and conduct engineering evaluations to drive reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a degree in EEE or Mechanical Engineering, strong communication, and

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in project management, analytics and problem solving.
