FMS is a Singapore-based company specializing in mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering services focused on Air Pollution Control and exhaust systems for the Semiconductor Industry. We design and implement solutions to maintain precise environmental conditions for semiconductor production.
Coordinate with clients to supervise the work to ensure that the quality and schedule of the work are adhered to base on laws and regulations.
Ability to understand the design objectives, systems and budgets of projects.
Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and obtain the quotation from them.
Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.
Prepare weekly work schedules, and documents.
Ensure proper execution of the temporary works as planned.
Control and supervise workmen and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety are complied with.
Oversee and be overall responsible for works carried out by junior supervisors assigned under his/her care.
Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claims to the clients and from the subcontractors.
Prepare progress reports to consultants and clients.
Any ad-hoc project to be assigned.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or equivalent.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years (Engineer) or 5 years (Senior Engineer) of experience in project management
Hands-on experience in the Singapore building/construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills applied to project challenges.
Effective negotiation skills and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and maintain performance under high-pressure environments.
Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate project teams and meet tight deadlines.
