Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking an Engineer to contribute to RTL design and verification of digital IPs for sensor and mixed-signal applications. You will code in SystemVerilog/Verilog, perform synthesis and timing analysis, and support DFT and power integrity activities within a collaborative R&D team.

The role involves coordinating with Physical Design for timing closure and assisting verification and view-generation engineers to ensure IP correctness and efficient integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 0-3 years of professional Digital Design experience.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and/or Verilog/VHDL for RTL design and verification.
• Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence and Synopsys.

Responsibilities

• Register Transfer Level (RTL) design coding and verification of digital circuits for high-performance, low-power IPs.
• Perform RTL design and behavioral modeling, synthesis, timing analyses, and structural checks (LEC, Spyglass).
• Execute DFT/power integrity activities (Scan Insertion, ATPG, power analysis).
• Collaborate with Physical Design to achieve timing closure and ECO fixes.
• Support verification engineers to define test items and assist view generation verification of IPs.
