Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore seeks a Staff/Senior Staff Digital Design Engineer to drive architecture, RTL design and verification for sensor IPs and mixed-signal blocks within a world-class R&D team. You will partner with system, DFT and physical design engineers to define specifications, perform timing-closed implementations and contribute to testability and verification strategies across IPs.

Fluency in English and strong collaboration skills are essential for global project

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with a focus on electronics.
• Min. 5-10+ years of professional experience in Digital Design with good knowledge of EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys).
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and/or Verilog/VHDL for RTL design and verification tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define IP specifications, architecture and test concepts with system engineers.
• Perform RTL design and verification for high-performance, low-power digital circuits.
• Execute DFT/power integrity activities: Scan Insertion, ATPG and power analysis.
• Collaborate with Physical designers to achieve timing closure and ECO fixes.
• Conduct design reviews and support documentation.
• Assist verification teams in defining test items and coverage.
• Support roadmap formulation for sensor IPs and view generation verification.
