Job summary

SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer to contribute to device modeling within Design Enablement - Core Device.

You will focus on SPICE model development for logic, analog and mixed-signal circuits and work on high-voltage devices in advanced CMOS nodes. The role requires an Engineering degree with CGPA >3.5, strong self-motivation, good communication, and basic programming skills (Excel VBA, TCL).
