Job summary

SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer for the Technology Development Department to drive development, qualification, improvements and sustaining new technologies in semiconductor processes.

You will design, execute and analyze experiments to debug process issues, transfer technologies from customers, and provide technical support while coordinating resources across engineering and manufacturing to enhance yield and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree and above.
• Familiar with EDA tools: Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics.
• Hands-on experience with electronic lab instruments.
• Work full time.
• Interest in Semiconductor area.

Responsibilities

• Lead task forces to support development, qualification, improvements and sustaining new technologies.
• Design, execute and analyze experiments to debug process issues.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes is a must.
• Transfer process technologies from customers.
• Provide technical support on customers' requests.
• Support development of new processes and products based on customer needs.
• Coordinate resources from process, product, FA and manufacturing groups to troubleshoot and improve yield.
