Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a detail-oriented professional to lead deviation management and drive data-driven root cause analysis.

You will coordinate evaluations, facilitate cross-functional investigations, and ensure thorough documentation of excursions while pushing for early detection and prevention. You will promote a culture of quality, conduct reviews, and develop knowledge through workshops, tutorials, and campaigns, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proven skills in team building between different departments.
• Demonstrated capability in managing and prioritizing projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to analyze and report data to drive improvement.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and achieve cross-area engagement.
• Ability to train team members in classroom or individually.
• Experience with problem solving methodologies (Kepner-Tregoe, FMEA, 8D, or 5 whys).
• Familiarity with Semiconductor process flow, manufacturing flow, product testing, and quality and deviation management systems.
• Familiarity with process control solutions including SPC evaluation.
• Leadership capabilities and project/program management experience.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools.
