Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a technically capable engineer to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot GeRM, Sigma, SPC and traveler systems within a fast-paced fab environment.

You will drive worldwide standards and document lessons learned to support process control across lines. You will coach end-users, contribute to continuous improvement through AI-enabled insights, and balance multiple responsibilities with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related science field, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good time management, organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Micron's GeRM, Sigma, SPC and traveler systems
• Define, implement, and enforce the use of worldwide standards for all of the responsibilities listed above
• Be a contributing member in your areas of responsibilities
• Document lessons learned and Fab business rules for process control systems
• Coach end-users in the proper use of traveler and process control systems applications

Education

Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent
