Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore seeks a process engineer to develop and modify production formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards. You will create, analyze and review technical charts and establish SOPs and FMEA for related processes.

The role requires a degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical engineering and at least 2 years of experience in an electronic production environment, preferably wafer fabrication. Proficiency in MS Office and SPC knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in electronic production environment, preferably wafer fab, with basic equipment and process knowledge.
• MS Office literate; SPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze and review technical charts.

• Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices.
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
