Job summary

Rankine & Hill (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical engineer to plan, design and manage contract projects for building services, ensuring technical compliance and timely delivery.

You will evaluate tenders, attend progress meetings with clients, architects and contractors, and oversee site work to identify non-conformities while guiding project teams. Candidates have 1+ year of relevant experience, with knowledge of building codes and proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM; teamwork,

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in an M&E consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of design, building projects and applicable codes of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, be assertive, independent and proactive.
• Has contributed to Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional projects.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical andelectrical engineering works for building services.
• Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
• Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects,consultants and contractors
• Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor's workat site
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
