Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Singapore is seeking an Engineer, IT Support to join our Woodlands site. You will be supporting Teamcenter, a Product Lifecycle Management solution, and will be involved in administering, troubleshooting and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth usage of PLM.

You will collaborate with other IT teams to improve PLM, assist in IT projects such as barcode printer troubleshooting in Production, and provide end-user training where possible.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years' experience in a helpdesk role.
• Basic understanding of PLM functions and workflows.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrating tasks in Team Center: user authorization, workflow, performance, caching...
• Perform onboarding new users, offboarding exiting users as per process.
• Work with various business Units (BU) to evaluate and implement improvement workflow to fulfil changing nature of Tooling/Design operation in Univac.
• Liaise with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve PLM errors timely
• Perform feasibility study and implement proof-of-concept improvement projects with the team.
• Follow-up on deployed solution and conduct training to end users whenever possible

We're looking to add an Engineer, IT Support in Singapore. The position is based at our Woodlands site.

As an Engineer, IT Support, you will:

Be supporting Teamcenter, a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution used in Univac. Candidate will be involved in administrating, troubleshooting and liaising with vendor to ensure a smooth usage of the PLM solution. Candidate will also work closely with other IT teams to improve PLM as required. Candidate will also assist in other IT projects such as barcode printer troubleshooting in Production etc.
