Job summary

HI-TACT SOLUTIONS & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a project coordinator to oversee site surveys, develop design proposals, and help schedule works in line with contractual timelines.

You will coordinate with suppliers, attend site meetings, and prepare progress reports to support the Project Manager. Required are at least 3 years of local construction experience and a Bachelor’s degree recognized by the Building Control/IES-PE boards.

• Minimum 3 years relevant local experience in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers enquiry and conduct site survey as required.
• Carry out detail design and provide proposal for customers.
• Assist in plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules.
• Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required.
• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project.
• Assist in Liaising with customers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.
• Prepare monthly project report to the Project Engineer / Customers.
• Co-ordinate with customers to handover completed project with project documents.
• Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.
• Determine operational requirements and assist the Project Manager in preparing project schedules.
• Adhere to safety procedures, rules, and regulations, and proactively eliminate workplace hazard.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager related to project execution.
