Job summary

LUCKIN COFFEE (SGP) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an equipment maintenance coordinator to support Operations. You will assist in managing contractor schedules and oversee warehouse inventory and parts for regional equipment maintenance.

The role requires at least a Nitec/ Diploma in electrical & machinery, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. You will join a collaborative Operations team and contribute to reliable workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in electrical & machinery or related majors.
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to travel and work across sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and respond to Operations needs in a timely manner.
• Assist Engineer Manager in coordinating work arrangements and scheduling contractors for regional equipment maintenance.
• Involved in inventory management of spare parts and equipment in the maintenance workshop; ensure warehouse entry/exit and inventory accuracy.
• Other ad-hoc equipment-related work arrangements.

• Other ad-hoc equipment-related work arrangements.
  

Job Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Diploma in electrical and machinery and other related majors are preferred, skilled use of computer office systems;
• More than 2 years working experience in equipment maintenance;
• Have good communication skills and strong learning ability;
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to resist pressure, and team management ability
• Able to accept travel arrangements
