• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board/BCA.
• 4–5 years of experience in civil engineering projects; senior roles possible with more experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated analytical, supervision, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Planning Manager or Project Manager in resolving on-site technical and engineering challenges to maintain project progress and compliance
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials documentation, MOS, monthly progress claims, and project management reports to support project tracking and approvals
• Plan and sequence structural work and allocate resources, coordinating micro-schedules with other trades and disciplines to align with the Master program
• Contribute inputs for procurement processes related to structural work subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
• Supervise site execution to enforce compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and contractual specifications
• Conduct inspections and maintain detailed documentation to verify adherence to project requirements and quality benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with TOP checklist requirements to facilitate project handover readiness
• Promote and enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices consistently on site to maintain a safe working environment

• Plan and sequence structural work and allocate resources, coordinating micro-schedules with other trades and disciplines to align with the Master program
• Contribute inputs for procurement processes related to structural work subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
• Supervise site execution to enforce compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and contractual specifications
• Conduct inspections and maintain detailed documentation to verify adherence to project requirements and quality benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) checklist requirements to facilitate project handover readiness
• Promote and enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices consistently on site to maintain a safe working environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board/BCA
• 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering projects; candidates with greater experience may be considered for senior engineer roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a positive work attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrated analytical, supervision, and communication skills to manage complex project demands
