Job summary

TEAM GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to oversee site planning, supervision, and progress monitoring on construction projects in Singapore.

You will ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery while upholding safety and client requirements, and you will attend site meetings, perform measurements, review drawings, and prepare documentation. Ideal candidates hold a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering and relevant professional experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience in project management for civil/construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor work progress at the project site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
• Attend and represent the company at site meetings; perform site measurements as required.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Prepare, manage, and submit all necessary project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge in Main Contract Works including Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Architectural, M&E and related trades.
• Meticulous with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate will assume a Project Management role for this position.
• 6-day work week .
