Job summary

You will inspect sites for hazards, enforce safety rules, supervise subcontractors and in-house workers, and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules. Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely project delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating daily site operations under a Project Manager or Project Engineer.

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Coordinate with site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of workmanship on site.
• Maintain acceptable workmanship standards.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirements and scope of work.
