Job summary

DAD AIRCON ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION (PTE. LTD.) in Singapore is looking for a site-level professional to assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily execution and coordination on active sites.

You will supervise subcontractors and in-house workers, ensure installations follow construction drawings, and work closely with site staff to meet the project schedule while maintaining workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
