Job summary

FENG SHUN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site professional to join our project team. You will coordinate with Project Managers, monitor progress, and ensure site activities run smoothly and safely.

The role involves planning detailed site programs, arranging equipment and materials, supervising shaft excavation, maintaining equipment, and guiding site staff to meet schedules while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with the project team and coordinate with Project Managers to complete project objectives on time.
• Prepare detailed site programs for the team to follow and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, quality, cost, and design specifications.
• Review daily project progress and conduct site staff meetings.
• Arrange equipment, materials, and machineries as required.
• Supervise and control shaft excavation activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment at site and workshop.
• Monitor employee performance including attendance, quality and productivity.
• Adhere to workplace safety practices at all times.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the assigned project team and coordinate with Project Managers on all aspects of the project to complete the project in a timely manner


2. Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time


3. Monitoring the progress of Projects with respect to completion as per schedule, quality, cost, adherence to design, specifications


4. Day to day projects review and meeting with site staff


5. Arrangement of equipment, material & machineries


6. Supervision & controlling of shaft excavation


7. Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment in site andworkshop


8. Monitors and manages employee job performance such as attendance, quality, and productivity


9. Adherence to safety practices in the work place
