Job summary

KT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable project coordinator to support site planning, progress tracking, and coordination among stakeholders across design, site execution, testing and commissioning.

You will prepare detailed work schedules, allocate manpower and resources, oversee safety management on site, and compile technical submissions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Site planning, preparation and coordination on progress and schedule for timely completion.
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders to achieve project milestones, deliverables and schedule monitoring.
• Manage, control and monitor all project activities during design phase, site execution phase, testing & commissioning phase.
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site.
• Followup and reporting on the project progress.
• Prepare project documents for submission, e.g. Technical submittal for design approval, MS/SWP, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Incident Report with solutions, etc.
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
