Job summary

Carden SG is seeking engaging Ad Hoc Workshop Trainers to conduct scent and experiential workshops for corporate, community, and private groups. The role suits those who enjoy public speaking, can lead sessions, and confidently manage a workshop.

You will host workshops, brief participants, and ensure a positive, hands-on experience. Selected candidates attend a compulsory training session and may be scheduled for assignments after assessment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to present and facilitate workshops clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging participants.
• Able to adapt to different group dynamics and sizes.
• Experience in hospitality, events or teaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host and conduct workshops independently based on Carden SG's flow and guidelines.
• Brief participants and demonstrate activities clearly.
• Engage participants throughout the session and create an enjoyable experience.
• Assist participants with creation and customization of their products.
• Take the lead during workshops and guide other part-time facilitators.
• Coordinate with supporting facilitators to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with setup, preparation and teardown of workshops.
• Ensure workshop materials and equipment are properly handled.
