The Artsy Lens in Singapore is seeking a hands-on workshop crew member to support daily operations, assist participants, and ensure an engaging learning experience. The role combines customer service, technical guidance, and studio management. Part-time and full-time positions with no experience welcome.

Qualifications

Comfortable handling delicate components and using small tools.
Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
Patient and supportive when assisting guests.
Willingness to learn new skills and be organized and detail-oriented.
Physically comfortable with light manual tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting workshops.
Guide participants in assembling, handling, and testing.
Prepare and set up workshop materials, tools, and kits before each session.
Demonstrate safe and proper use of tools and equipment.
Troubleshoot issues during sessions.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization.
Manage inventory of parts and workshop supplies.
Assist with participant registration and check-in.
Provide friendly customer service.
Assist with packing workshop kits and retail items when needed.
