Job summary

Vcube Scenting is seeking a workshop facilitator to lead sessions on perfumes, candles, essential oils, and related scented products at the studio and offsite events.

Responsibilities include studio upkeep, event logistics, and coordinating preparations. Candidates should be English-proficient, confident speaking to groups, and available to work weekends and select weekdays for a six-month minimum commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be English-proficient and able to engage with groups of varying sizes.
• Excellent communication and approachable persona required.
• Willingness to participate in phone interviews, observations, and unpaid trainings as progress allows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run workshops for perfumes, candles, essential oils, and related products at the studio and for offsite events.
• Handle studio housekeeping and logistics preparation for events.
• Work weekends and select weekdays (minimum 3 days/week) and commit for at least 6 months.
• Attend and support events as scheduled.

Housekeeping of studio and preparation of logistics for events

Requirements

• English-proficient, friendly, vocal, approachable, proactive and takes initiative
• Comfortable and confident speaking to people and larger groups
• Able to attend phone interview, face to face observation and unpaid trainings inclusive of refreshers (depending on your progress)
• Able to work weekends and certain weekdays (at least 3 times a week)
• Can commit long term (6 months and up)

Pay Rate

• Pay for workshops
• - $18 per class (1 to 5 pax)
• - $28 per class (6 to 9 pax)
• - $45 per booking (10 pax and above)
• Remarks: Classes are typically 75mins average (e.g: if there are 2 classes of 2 pax happening at 2pm; you will get paid $18 x 2 classes = $36)
• Pay for events
• - $80 (to be advised)
• Commission for sales during workshops
• - 25% tentatively (T&Cs apply)
• Commission for sales during events
• - 10% tentatively (T&Cs apply)
