Job summary

International Sensory Collective Pte. Ltd. is seeking a part-time Workshop and Events Facilitator (Fragrance) in Singapore to lead hands-on fragrance workshops at the studio and offsite events.

You will manage logistics, coordinate with teams and ensure smooth execution of sessions. Role requires strong English communication, comfort presenting to groups, and weekend availability; training and progression opportunities are provided as part of ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• English-proficient, friendly, vocal, approachable and proactive, with initiative.
• Comfortable speaking to people and larger groups.
• Able to attend phone interview, on-site observation and unpaid trainings.
• Available to work weekends and at least 3 days a week.
• Can commit long term (6 months or more).

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct fragrance-related workshops (perfumes, candles, essential oils and other scented products) at studio and offsite events.
• Handle studio housekeeping and logistics preparation for events.

Requirements:

• English-proficient, friendly, vocal, approachable, proactive and takes initiative
• Comfortable and confident speaking to people and larger groups
• Able to attend phone interview, face to face observation and unpaid trainings inclusive of refreshers (depending on your progress)
• Able to work weekends and certain weekdays (at least 3 times a week)
• Can commit long term (6 months and up)

• - 25% tentatively (T&Cs apply)

Working Hours:

Depends on workshop schedule (typically 4 weekdays/1 weekend)
