Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking an Engagement Manager to bridge sales, consulting and delivery, shaping solutions and supporting deal pursuits from opportunity to closure. You will bring delivery leadership and industry expertise to establish credibility with clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.

The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams, driving pursuit quality, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology services organizations.
Proven experience leading or managing client-facing transformation, technology, or business consulting engagements.
Experience supporting bid management, solution development, proposal creation, and client pursuits.

Responsibilities

Deal Pursuit & Client Engagement: qualify opportunities, understand client challenges, and support proposals.
Solution Shaping & Commercial Support: develop practical, scalable delivery solutions and define governance.
Delivery Readiness & Transition: ensure smooth handover from pursuit to delivery and mobilization activities.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: share assets and mentor junior team members.
