Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the implementation of a new Enforcement System. You will work closely with internal / external stakeholders, IT teams, and appointed vendor to ensure successful project execution from initiation through post-deployment.

The role involves coordinating workshops, drafting tender specifications, supporting UAT, and organizing training and project meetings to drive a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT project management, business analysis, or public sector systems experience.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with government procurement and approval processes is an asset.
• Experience in Agile projects and UI/UX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate workshops to gather and reconcile business requirements.
• Prepare and manage submissions and approvals for project aspects.
• Assist in drafting detailed tender specifications aligned with requirements.
• Organise requirements sessions with stakeholders and vendors post-contract award.
• Translate user inputs into documentation for design and implementation.
• Coordinate and support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Support end-user training to ensure smooth system transition.
• Organise project meetings with agendas and minutes.
