NEA National Environment Agency seeks an experienced enforcement professional to oversee operations at Choa Chu Kang Complex, including cemetery, crematorium, and columbarium. You will plan and execute enforcement activities to ensure compliance with facilities rules and public health regulations, lead investigations, and drive standards across the complex.

You will manage a dynamic enforcement team, coordinate with internal and external agencies, and report to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in regulatory enforcement, compliance, or investigation roles.
• Experience in planning and managing enforcement operations.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate across departments.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness for diverse service users.
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute enforcement operational plans to ensure compliance.
• Drive enforcement outcomes by preventing facility misuse.
• Lead investigations into alleged breaches and recommend actions.
• Monitor facility use, including cleanliness violations and disamenities.
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluate monitoring technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align enforcement frameworks.
• Prepare reports for Senior Management and support festival periods and special projects.
