Aufgaben

• Conduct end-to-end investigations into environmental public health offences and prepare reports.
• Interview alleged offenders and relevant parties, including potential home visits.
• Coordinate with sanitation officers and relevant agencies to gather evidence and serve notices.
• Manage enforcement cases using RPA tools and prepare related correspondence.
• Address feedback from the public and assist with the appeals process within timeframes.
• Maintain accurate case records and liaise with the Legal Division on court matters.
