Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in secondary school settings, focusing on student management, discipline, or pastoral care
• Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with students and staff
• Ability to engage students and monitor their well-being actively
• Demonstrate maturity, firmness, and composure when handling student behavior and discipline
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and sound judgment to support student needs
• Exhibit good note-taking and documentation skills while maintaining calm under pressure
