You will own the full lifecycle, from requirements to production, and ship code on Kubernetes via secure CI/CD while collaborating with traders, quants, and analysts.

You should be proficient in Rust and Python, embrace a steep learning curve, and actively apply AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience writing clean, maintainable code in a functional style (Rust, OCaml, or similar).
• Proven track record owning implementations end to end from requirements to production.
• Ability to hold complex systems in head while driving toward simple design and implementation.
• Fluency with modern AI agentic coding tools and judgment to use them well.
• Self-driven, proactive, thorough, and delivers future-proof solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, reliable software in Rust and Python powering trading business.
