Job summary

MSD INTERNATIONAL GMBH (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a senior energy management professional to lead the site energy conservation program, align with NEA regulations, and drive long-term energy efficiency initiatives across engineering, maintenance, and facilities. The role requires a strong background in energy management, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent in a related field.
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager is required.
• An advanced degree (Masters) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the site energy conservation program and policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance, utilities, and project teams for energy efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and manage energy capital projects 3–5 years ahead.
• Ensure compliance with NEA and Singapore regulations on energy conservation.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting of energy usage and savings.
• Drive cost savings and ROI through energy efficiency programs.
